Applying for a CCW License in Inyo County
Acting Chief Chris Carter of Bishop PD, and Sheriff Bill Lutz are both very pro ccw. They have over 300 CCW's and would like more. The have 18,000 people in the county.
Lt. Steve "Grumpy" Rogers does the training for both.
